Returns & quality

Printed products and merch are made to order. We do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

If something arrives with a print defect or damage, email us at hello@enqiva.com with a clear photo of the issue and your order reference. We will reprint or refund for confirmed quality problems at our discretion.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, our print partner (Gelato) handles carrier claims. Contact us with your order details and we will coordinate.

Client merch stores (Stripe Connect) follow the same quality approach: we help resolve production issues; refunds for buyer's remorse are not guaranteed for custom printed items.
